The Solution

Armstrong now presents its repair ticket information including all time, travel and parts detail on-line through their CloudStreet customer portal.  Customers can view detail about each repair, examine billing rates and time spent.   The portal can also be used by Armstrong's field service technicians to review past repairs and to determine warranty eligibility.
