To view all site-wide documents, select Documents from the Customer Service Rep menu. Unlike viewing My Personal Documents, CloudStreet Portal will require that you first enter some filter criteria before any documents are displayed. Because CloudStreet Portal sites may contain millions of documents and since the Customer Service menu allows viewing of all documents on the site, it is a preferred practice to require that at least one filter be specified. This avoids having the system query millions of documents to populate the document list and helps maintain system performance.

Choose the tool then enter at least one filter criteria to display the desired range of documents. Customer id is a common filtering field used by customer service representatives.
